Has anone received it yet ? On Amazon it says arrival 3/17, but Centipede claims it's already shipping.

Nice. Well I made an extremely early pre-order on amazon for a decent price. I want to keep that, so I have to wait. There aren't any new stories in this collection for me and this is more a completionist buy. So I can wait a few weeks longer, I was just interested what the status was.

Interestingly the first edition seems to be in second printing, and therefore available again:
"Cloth in dustjacket, second printing, unsigned, $45"
