MulleEOModel: set up MulleEOModelEmptyDictionary and MulleEOModelEmptyArray

Two global variables that MulleEOModel uses to conserve space and time. If you manage to access these global variables MulleEOModelEmptyDictionary and [[MulleEOModelEmptyArray] before this log line appears, you're obviously in trouble.
