Yeah. On a particularly boring sunday with absolutely nothing better to do, I made my second attempt at writing a new article. This is all about the MulleAutoreleasePool, which I basically had already written for IMP Cacheing Deluxe, but that has been rewritten considerably during the last two years.
I wanted a total replacement for NSAutoreleasePool and that necessitated some devious hacking. I also added some debugging helpers and finally I completely changed the way the thread safety code works.
It looks to become a fairly long article to be written on many boring sundays :)
