I am writing a little NSMenuExtra that shows some LEDs in the status bar, if certain hosts are up or down. I do this while watching some Olympics. So progress is snailpaced. Eventually this might wind up here in the blog, if I finish it, which I am likely to do.
I am still procrastinating on the article, because I hope some fairy will reveal the PPC 970 cache secrets to me yet.
