In my Not to Mention Camels, the page numbers jump from 195 to 198,
is it just the page numbers, or are there pages missing (I've already changed
my copy, but the new one has the same flaw)?
The page 195 ends like this:
Oh, certainly, Polder will have to be dissambled,"

The page 198 starts like this:
"This misbegotten freak, and you his twitter-brained followers, have gotten clear out of hand."

To me, there seems to be something missing, and not just because you don't
start a new sentence after comma, but also because when they continue the dialog
after that, I feel like I'm a bit confused of what they are talking about.

If the flaw is in the
Wildside Press' edition in general, then it's of no use trying to change my
copy...

Any ideas?

yes, there are two pages missing.
I have both original (The Bobbs-Merrill co., 1976) and re-issue (Wildside Press, 2000) "Not to Mention Camels".
The page 196 and page 197 exist in the original "Not to Mention Camels".

You need to complain to the book company and see if you can get an exchange for the book. Granted that it is an error, but you need to get your money'd worth for what was promised.
