In general, I agree with your ratings of the Lafferty stories, but I would rate Snuffles as excellent.

I am slightly amazed that this is not rated as excellent! Perhaps it is because I first read it decades ago as an early-teenage atheist, but Snuffles is the closest I have ever come to understanding why the concept of a stern and homicidal Old Testament God might be appealing. And I am reasonably sure that the next world that Snuffles created wasn't this one. Or maybe I'm not.

I am slightly amazed that this is not rated as excellent!
