about

It appeared, that if I didn't do a page dedicated to my favorite author, noone would. So on a rainy sunday night I decided to start one.
My first Lafferty story was probably "So frustrierten wir Karl den Grossen" und "Die sechs Finger der Zeit" in a SF-Anthology in the local library in Hattingen (that must have been in the mid-seventies). Since then it has been a constant and frustrating search for books. Only three books AFAIK have ever been translated to German, "Past Master", "900 Grandmothers" and "Space Chantey". Since the age of the online-bookstores it has been better, although I refuse to pay $150 for a used copy of "Reefs of the Earth". (An actual offer I got).
